BONWON means the “root” in Korean. In modern days, people get sick by what they are eating. If we go back to how our ancestors cook, our body would be way healthier than now. Therefore, BONWON decide to come up with a chef knife in order to influence people to cook

Giseolje story
Story of Giseolje is far less know to public even in S. Korea. Korean people performed a ceremony for snowing because citizens highly replied on their farming crops which needed humidity in it. Preparing the ceremony is somewhat very sacred; people prepare foods for the god of nature including fruits, beef, fish, and jeon(vegetable pancake), and more.
